Lecol hardwood flooring DPM and primer. Use on damp and dusty concrete and wooden sub-floors. Promotes adhesion when using lecol adhesives....
Why use a primer?
Sub-floors cause more problems for wood flooring than anything else.
For example, most moisture problems can be traced back to the sub-floor and dusty sub-floors will give adhesion problems.
If the sub-floor is correctly primed, the sub-floor will be strengthened, dust problems solved, adhesion will be improved, and if the correct primer is used, moisture problems can be corrected. Wars will cease, the sun will shine and builders will turn up on time.

D3074 Primer is a water based dispersion primer for use on absorbant sub-floors and as an adhesion bond between levelling compound and sub-floor.
It is an easy to use, economic way to prime
sub-floors where there is no need for a DPM.
tip...
PU280 is a waste free one part primer and DPM.
If you have some left in the tub, no problem, unlike 2 part epoxy primers, it keeps.
BUT... before you replace the top, wipe any excess from the neck and lid of the tub. If not you will need a large pair of mole grips to remove it next time, it sets like concrete!!
PU280 Express Primer and DPM

PU280 Express primer and DPM is often the first thing out of the van. Used as a primer on dusty or weak sub-floors it penetrates the concrete or screed and forms a chemical bond with MS and PU Adhesives.
45 minutes after application you can start laying the floor, no need to wait till tomorrow.
With two coats, you have a Damp Proof Membrane. It will tackle residual moisture in concrete up to 6% C.M.!!

Can also be used as aggregate to bulk up Z615 when building up thicker layers.
Sisalkraft Moistop 728 DPM

Sisalkraft moistop is a heavy duty building paper ideal for use under wood flooring or wood
sub-floors to prevent moisture ingress.
Not a Lecol product but not all floors are glue down and this will work where a liquid DPM will not.
